Pros
The y shaped heads are made from a good quality steel and hold their spring tension. The wire attachment requires attaching the wire to the u-shaped base, but it is quite easy to do. Very smooth and quick cut.
It is a excellent design with an handy rotary switch. Great little heating device for making shape and cutting out foam shapes. The rods take a bit to cool especially if there is some foqm stuck to it.
It works fabulously! Works great. Works as advertized. What a great idea and a great product.

It isnt a laser dont expect it to work like one

It heats up in seconds and if i am not going to be immediately using it for another cut i turn it off right away

I wipe it off with a folded up paper towel after each cut as it will smoke

Cons there is a dimple on the end of the cutting knife that likes to collect foam goo and smoke

Wrap the wire twice around an arm and then a couple turns back over the standing part of the wire

There are notches in the end of the arms to hold the wrapped wire in place
