This perfaction ball looks and feels identical as if they came out of the same mold
Perfect for getting into the the fascia glutes it band rhomboids and other areas a foam roller just isnt capable of

Ive even advised some of the kids that i coach at the gym to use this ball and they had no problem using it especially after showing them the picture guided instruction sheet

The ball is very hard and firm however i dont feel the bumps on the ball so not sure what their purpose is
