Pros
Will review after a week or so on durability. It's right up there in durability and craftsmanship of the big brand name ropes. One issue is i wish the ends had a knot to enhance grip. The ropes are very durable.
Turned out to be a phenomenal buy. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for battle ropes decently priced.
Upgraded to this rope. Used it twice since getting it. Hopefully this lasts.
These are a great way to get a burst of cardio while working out your arms and core. Be prepared to ramp up your routines in a very short amount of time.
Cons
Out of the box the rope is frayed and coming apart. Was excited to get it but don't waste the money on this.

If i could suggest anything to the manufacturer it would be to include a diagram poster of exercises for the investment we made it seems fitting that a quality poster would be included
