Note most people dont change there trans fluid on bmw

So that beign said if u just bought a used bmw or not sure wens the last time its been changed just do a drain and fill

The reason fir this is because if your fluid has never been changed and you flush the whole system with clean new fluid it could cause your trans into shock

It was in a box as big as the item and it was seated sideway and was leaking in the box the whole time

For an oil and filter change you will need one or two more liters to fill up transmission

You cant use regular run of the mill transmission fluid in it
