K3ii does not have a built in flash so i bought this for the times that i dont need the larger 540

It is large and heavy for its output but can still be carried in jacket pocket which the 540 cannot

Not the ideal situation but i preferred the gps and astrotracer in the k3ii and i seldom used the built in flash on the k5 anyway

This flash is obviously a no nonsense no bells and whistles flash

I dont always need the bigger more advanced flash but i still want an overhead flash that will out perform the camera flash
