I would put it on before i got out of bed in the morning and it would loosen up my knee so it wasnt so stiff and painful then i would put it on several times throughout the day as per the directions
I gave a jar to a neighbor with a swollen knee and she tried it and it also got rid of her swelling in her knee
Bought this product off amazon and within a few days of using it i noticed the swelling in my knee began to go down
