It's not too bulky and fits on my bookshelf. The only think that i am perturbed with is the insert that you state which category the color is for does not stay in the holder well it constantly slids out.

On the cover of the sorter is a removable label next to a color matching the tab it sorts into. It's much neater, and calms my mind looking at just the papers i'm working on now, rather than the whole pile.

The folder comes with three replaceable index cards to put in the front cover. I know there are expandable file folders with inner divider, but these are better.

Arrived damaged and seems easily breakable. Flimsy build, nothing rigid in the construction. Not made well.
