The graduated sides let me easily find the files with little to no effort

I did not realize when i bought it that the files are tiered such that you can only open hanging files about two inches while still in the holder

Im not sure i like the step down feature on the sides of the file as some hanging file edges can get hung up but we have adjusted fine
