The m800 is a hefty pen. It is large, but not too large to fit comfortably in the hand. It writes well with any ink i throw at it.
Cons
Upward * produces very faint line. Not worth the money paid.

There is nothing loud and gaudy here just a recap of the pelikan green stripe that has been around since the old 400 line of the 1950s

If you are looking for a top tier fountain pen but dont want to spend the money on a montblanc 149 meisterstuck then buy a pelikan 800 series for much less but with no less in performance
