Although the instructions on exactly how the tilt mechanism works was not very well described i was able to figure it out only after taking it apart and then having to put it back the correct way

If the studs in your wall are to far apart the lower st660 model will not reach

They are too long and hit the wall before making a 360 degree rotation to tighten it up while mounted on the wall

I ended up taking these off and using the handle that came off as a small wrench to secure it
