After a month of use though it will only charge my apple i phone 6 if it is fully charged its self

As you can see their are four blue indicators showing its power lever and when its drops down to three out of four of the lights it will not charge at all

I am really disapointed as i really enjoyed it but its useless if it will only charge when fully charged itself and you can not get multiple charges off of it
