These seem to be the only cushioned separators that work. Have used these for pressure area between big toe & 2nd toe due to hammer toe. If you already have bunions, these spacers provide some ease from the ache that bunions cause.

These are ridiculous how smushy they are and dont do anything for people who have serious bunions from sports. This product is misrepresented. Not as pictured at all.

The large size seems to refer to the height of the spacer, not the width. Secondly, these aren't really large.
