The arch support if perfect for someone with weak arches. The heal pad and the center arch pad are like a massaging cloud. Super thin compared to superfeet, and just as supportive.

They are worth every penny. Thank u so much for your promt deliver.

Cons

No arch support. Could not wear without arch support and metatarsal support. The arch and meta support is so low that these are functionally worthless.

The metatarsal pad is almost non-existent. The heel is too narrow. Feeling deceived and dissappointed.
