Pros

I have plantar fasciitis, and these orthotics relieve the pain i have associated with the condition. Bought similar ones from the foot doc. He has flat feet and these great insets have eliminated his foot pain.

Cons

Not very durable especially for the price. The insert has good support but it is very stiff and actually made my foot situation worse, including getting blisters on a 4 mile walk. It is so scratchy!
