They keep the inside of my flats in pristine condition.

Cons

Women's 8 is not cut for a sneaker- maybe for a dress shoe. These run small in length and width. Also overpriced. These insoles are very narrow.

These have a rubber bottom & a very thin layer of terry cloth on top. Not very absorbent or comfortable for the price. Added no padding.
