Pros

Shoe size is 7 1/2 and ordered size 7 for the insoles and they fit perfectly. They fit my shoes perfectly and, so far, seem to be doing the job.

Cons

Cheaply constructed, does not offer much cushion. With these in my boots i have zero traction inside the shoe.
