My mother in law got it for me because wearing the regular shoes on the bike was giving me severe feet pain and lower back pain

It is a road cycling shoe so it is totally flat on the bottom unlike the mountain bike cycling shoes which have a profile

I only wear these shoes for my spinning class but ive noticed a significant increase in my performance since i started wearing them
