The hardware all feels a size bigger than needed and that's awesome. Not a big deal, barely noticeable.

The casters on this cart are the smoothest rolling casters i've ever felt. The phillips screwdriver is to mount the power strip to the frame, but you'll need a straight shaft screwdriver to do it.

It works perfectly as a stand for his printers, and he loves the sturdiness. Light, sturdy and nimble and of great height. Sturdy for projector, lower shelves extremely useful.

Top shelf has a fitted, textured, heavy rubber mat. Also liked the universal holes punched, so any shelf could be used in any configuration. Slide out tray was a surprise.

No tolerance problems, sizing inconsistencies, crooked welds, or anything like that.
