Pros
This extension make the weapon and mag taller than my p365. Bought this to extend the 10rd magazine on my glock 30 sf gen 3. I have yet to know if this will have an effect when firing the firearm.
This item improves grip. This product fixes that problem. Looks totally factory and makes a huge difference in grip comfort and control.
Easy to install once you get the mag plates off. Spring is strong and will launch the base plate retainer for miles lol.
Cons
The curvature provides a comfortable grip but makes drawing from a holster more difficult. The side edges are sharp and slightly overhang the magazine which is very noticable and uncomfortable. Not comfortable or ergonomic with a gap.
The grip extension is sloppy (at best) there are also sharp edges on the pearce grip extensions. Pearce customer service is absolutely horrible.

Doesnt sit flush with grip framemagazine well where the magazine meets the bottom of the gun so theres like ¼ of an inch of space between the mag the gun see pics its near perfect for what i needed

I would like to see it go all the way to the gun so there was no gap and maybe make it with less sharp edges
