Cons

The grip extension rides too high up the magazine causing it to make contact with the bottom of the gun. Attached to my 7 round mag it slips and has a lot of play moving forward and backward. Doesn't work on m&p 9mm.

Big disappointment. Media could not be loaded. Pearce customer service is absolutely horrible and refused to acknowledge this as a problem or send a replacement. Meantime, use at your risk.
