Make sure to unload mag first and slowly open to prevent the spring inside from ejecting. Mounted on m&p shield 9mm 7 round factory mag with ease. Made my g26 gen4 the perfect carry gun. Everyone knows to get these for the glock 29.

However they are not easy to install on newer glock magazines but thats because of the design of the glock mags and the difficulty is in getting the original base plate off
