No issues thus far i wouldnt suggest using the cig lighter to power something with a decent power drain the longer the wiring and the longer the electricity has to travel the hotter this will get i run two usb lights and charge my laptop use my glue gun and run a small heater with this zero problems it is wired five inches from the battery
