I ended up buying a wider plate for my camera because the square design isnt very stable when supporting the camera on a surface but i just put this on a telephoto lens mount and im sure it will stay there
These have been replaced with a much slimmer design released with the capture v3 but unless you need a slimmer plate these work just fine and most places are clearing them out at half price
