The black rapid style strap works okay but your camera is constantly banging against your hip as you walk it to mention that i never liked how the strap attaches to the camera

Plus all of the weight of the camera and lens are focused on one single point on the bottom of the camera on a point that was designed to mount to a tripod not be pulled on
