Pros

The everyday messenger is, right now, my favorite edc (everyday carry) bag for one simple organization. It's great for stacking items on top of each other which is sufficient. The only con is that i slipped my card wallet in the side pockets and found... Read More

The origami style dividers are useful. Wish it came with an additional divider for more customization.

The look is not quite as timeless as something like a leather bag. I'm a fan of leather and canvas that looks better as it ages and gets beat up. Only damage to this bag is the paint from the grommets from where it rubs against the clothing.

Cons

This bag is worthless. I contact amazon and after some discussion they issued me a refund.

The shoulder pad mounting pins are missing from the interior of the bag. The laptop pocket on the back has some really poor padding. Not helping any of this is the very narrow and very un-padded strap.

I continued to use the bag as i was ok with the natural wear of the bag

As to the quality of finish in one inside divider stitching was left incomplete and fraying

Its not easily removable so i guess the answer is kludging together some kind of pad to help with the digging in issue

Price

Cons strap likes to loosen if worn for long period of time price is a little steep but frankly it is hands down worth the money

Ohand those color coded pockets have an elastic edge to them to help hold on to the contents
