This enema bag is far far better than either the bags i used were the walmart hot water bottle enema one and another from amazon which had a horrible smell of chemicals

The silicone material is a plus but the valve does not close tight

The clear bag allows you to watch the water level go down and the insert piece is very thin and made out of softish plastic which makes the process of inserting less uncomfortable

It actually clogged the tube and was not able to unclog it

Fitting the openclose clamp onto the hose which past reviewers had trouble with is no longer required clamp comes assembled already

It has an open top which does not seal so you do need to have someplace to hang it if you are going to do this alone
