The back button is not directly below the change channel arrows instead is a set of game controller buttons causing me to press them rather then the back button

All the buttons work except the left direction button is stiff and needs to be pressed harder than the other buttons

Xbox proclaimed that it had identified my tv and knows how to control it but the volume controls didnt work
