I bought the power adapter and a cable and plugged it into the amplifierdistribution box but the cord was running over the door to the master bedroom

Just make sure that when you inject power into the jack you move the associated cable on the amplifier to the one labeled for remote powersignal

Unfortunately it doesnt have a red led light indicator on it like the winegard ps1503 does but that doesnt matter since the winegard part illuminated red even though i could barely pull in 4 digital stations

Without available power in my attic the pct power inserter was my only solution to use the pct amplifier right off the antenna to boost the weak signal without boosting unwanted 34noise34

Unplugging the power supply from the inserter and using an extension cord to power directly into the amp worked so i think i might have gotten a bad power inserter
