These are certainly superior compared to the “doctor” brand supports you can find at any pharmacy
I regularly wear another brand of insoles that are equally priced and these insoles were equally supportive and comfortable
That being said compared to other inserts i use that run about 40pair these would be great for shoes you don’t wear daily
The only minor inconvenience is they cannot sit on top of the shoe’s existing insert i tried on nike’s and hoka clifton 9s

They adequately support my high arch and i feel as if they support my big toe metatarsal which helps support a slightly clubbed second toe
