The insoles stay in place and when you want to remove them, it’s hassle free. Nearly instant relief for leg & hip pain due to slightly fallen arches.
I’m pleasantly surprised because i genuinely didn’t think these inserts would help as much as they did. They fit in my shoes perfectly after i removed the factory inserts.

I regularly wear another brand of insoles that are equally priced and these insoles were equally supportive and comfortable

That being said compared to other inserts i use that run about 40pair these would be great for shoes you don’t wear daily

My podiatrist looked at my shoe and told me to replace the insoles because they were worn out but replacement insoles from the manufacturer of my shoes was 50 so i tried these in 2 of my shoes
