I’m pleasantly surprised because i genuinely didn’t think these inserts would help as much as they did. My expectations were exceeded with these inserts. These are just what i needed.

Flat footed man loves these more than the ones he had made at his podiatrist. They fit perfectly in all of his shoes and sneakers. They are thin enough to go in almost any work boots or tennis shoes.

If you have low arches, the arch support is really far back so it pushes into your heel. Zero support or cushion. The cushioning material does not rebound.
