They relieve my knee/ankle pain instantly.
Helen i. These are better than inserts purchased from podiatrist office and much less expensive. I buy one for each pair of shoes and when the shoes are old i through them away with the shoes.

They are solid and strong, and they stay supportive. Would love this comfort and support for my open platforms. Even better support and comfort.
Cons
Insoles simply flatten out as soon as you put weight on them. If you have low arches, the arch support is really far back so it pushes into your heel. Too weak for me (170 lbs), and doesn't offer the strong arch support i need.

So its a fight to get my foot into a comfortable position in the shoe

They should be covered in a slipperier fabric to allow your foot to slide in easily especially as they are taking up room and making your shoe a bit tighter
