Pros

No setup required just plug and play. No fiddling no fuss. Only hard to secure; it slides open more often than not. Works without problem in linux.

Video is a little choppy on the older machines but is okay on the newer one. Built in microphone is pretty quiet, though.

Get this camera for no fisheye distortion and precision manual focus. Works with microsoft teams, zoom, and google. Haven't tried to zoom yet.

Good picture. Great shipping and packaging. Really impressed with this camera.

Cons

It requires the kernel driver uvcvideo. If all of your usb ports are in use and you use usb hubs for peripherals, then do not get this camera. There is no indicator for when the microphone is on. It has no value if it doesn't work with the zoom app.

Low light performance is awful. I suspect that it's very finicky about power requirements. Image freezes constantly, works for about 3 minutes and then it freezes.

The picture quality is pretty good but the builtin microphone system is not good and does not capture my voice easily i have to speak laud
