The manual makes it clear in several places that the fan does not turn until the load exceeds 30

This is the appropriate size power supply for my computer but apparently if its not huffing puffing the load is under 30 the fan rarely turns

The only improvement id ask for is the cables to be more of a matte material instead of the glossy coating as it reflects a lot of my rgb light which makes the cables stand out instead of hiding away like they should
