Pros

Use it to make peanut buttter and add it to my smoothie. There's a little bit of extra carbohydrates, but as long as it's not coming from wheat, then it is ok for me. Overall it’s great for a meal replacement it really fills me up.

Cons

The peanut butter smell is unbearable. Tastes slightly like peanuts, but mostly like cocoa powder (bland and a little bitter) not sweet at all. I'm very disappointed it's so hard to get and i'm wary of ordering again.
