This powder has a great taste to it but for shakes always leaves a bit of residue in the bottom of the cup i think they are cocoa nibs so it doesnt work as well for shakes as it would for something like baking

I say “relatively” because even reconstituted the powder never not fully matched the experience of traditional nut butter

The keto suggestion is a little dubious because the main thing they removed when making the powder was the fats and keto diets love fats but that seems to be a marketing afterthought because why not because the keto claim does not appear on the actual jar so its halfforgiven
