I chose the right size s for my 13 18” girth at shoulder shih tzu pup but due to the way it’s constructed even tho properly adjusted it fits so poorly it practically hobbles teddy

However the harness and its reflective stitching gets hidden in my pets fluffy fur so its not fully reflective when light hits it in the dark
