Luckily the cat wasnt hurt but really dissapointed in the quality of this cat treeedit i contacted customer support and they sent me a new one they also gave me the option to repair it so i was pretty pleased with how it turned out

Its come loose from the ceiling a couple of times so make sure you tighten it off and on
