Havent had a chance to use it yet but the quality seems to be very good
I am very happy with the carrier its not heavy to carry and yet feels very strong
This was amazons fault due to someone returning a used carrier and amazon not reviewing the product and recycling it to a new owner

Was perfect for bringing my papillon across the country
Yes i would but next time will fully inspect before i throw away all the packaging in case i need to exchange it

It was definitely a change from the old hardside one he had
I’ve bought other carriers in the past that weren’t sturdy
But it is way too small for my 16lb cat
It would also accommodate an xsmall dog or cat just fine

There was dog hair all over and a dogs nail was in there

Theres no way that cage was going to work for this eventual flight to our new home

I was excited to get this as it was a soft side carrier with lots of mesh to let him see out not to mention it was a top load carrier

Once he was in it he managed to topple the carrier over several times when he tried to get out of it

The mesh resisted his constant scratching to get out and the zippers have clips to keep him from nosing through and opening them but it was just too small
