Two others in my apartment complex can back me up in saying this is the worst bark collar

First of all the instructions are terribly written the english is clearly translated from a different language and difficult to follow making it even more difficult to set up and operate the collar properly

It does not make its noise or vibrate my dog when she is actually barking and if it does it is highly inconsistent
