Pros & Cons
Pros
This size is for portable on-the-go artwork. It is definitely worth the inexpensive cost. I have, and still do, used almost every paper including arches on this planet.
The paper holds a lot of water and pigment without buckling because it is glued on all 4 sides, minus a little pocket in the back for you to insert a palette knife for easy removal. My paul rubens watercolor pigments do not dull after drying.
Cons
All the sheets are glued together along all the edges. The pages are compressed like a brick. If you manage to get them apart they are wavy and worn looking which is not what anyone wants when drawing or writting. The glue is absolutely unnecessary.

Quality
Very impressed with the quality especially for the price of under 20
