Sharp and precise to cut garlic clove no tension or extended pressure needed. Works great for slicing vegetables. When i cut the carrot, it is pretty comfortable and i can cut everything really easy.

The handles are perfectly blended and attached with near perfection. All three knives are exceptionally well balanced and feel very ergonomically in my hands.

Will be great grabbing the paudin paring knife for smaller daily cutting tasks. I'm a professional chef and this knife really exceeds my expectations for beautiful clean cuts.

The price is unbeatable for such a nice knife. If you have a kitchen full of blunt trash and you want to upgrade to something serviceable without breaking the bank these knives are a great option.

It’s decent, but becomes dull very quickly. It's barely better than a butterknife.
