Pros
Well made material with strong edging and grommets. It’s the most durable one we’ve ever owned. I love the color and the fact that it really protects from the sun.
This is not too bad for us because we have enough clearance to walk under without issues, but i was expecting it to hold its tension better. No rips or tears despite being in some really heavy winds. Way beyond our expectations for this.
Easy clip up hooks and mounting brackets. Bought two to cover a deck. Installed some 5/16 eyebolts about 3 into the wood beams.
Cons
No kidding. Terrible product. Cheap junk. Don't do it. Extremely upset about this and such a waste of money.
The edges are well-sewn, but the middle droops no matter how tightly the shade sail is pulled. The item is not stretchable! Stitching on corners is a mess. One sticker on package shows 16' x 16' brown and another sticker on the package shows16' x 20' ... Read More

The sunshade itself is of equal quality to most others but the rope is of poor quality and too short to tie four corners for real purpose

As far as water they will keep you from getting soaked in the rain but when it builds up in the low spot it will come through
