Child likes it, and helps guess that is all that matters. It likes to glide side to side like apolo ohno in the winter games. Between this and icing the inner knee, this really does the trick.
This is perfect to avoid unwanted attention to your knee. The fit is great and is adjustable. You can tighten and untighten to your desire.
Cons
Knee brace advertises it's for meniscus tears. It binds and pinche behind the knee. Try kt tape instead of this band.
