Pros
It's fantastic stew meat, but it does not need to be stewed to be edible. Great for stir fry and salads.
Good, tasty. Never disappoints. I am so so picky with my meats.
Cons
Not terribly flavorful, nor a good texture. I am start thinking people are injecting water on the meat. Had to throw most of it away.
Not as pictured of course. The label even suggests it should be refrigerated, not frozen.

I did mix the beef up to marinade but never browned it i was lazy i just threw it in
