The knob that increases/decreases the roller depth for dough thickness is not working - it is stuck and flimsy. Rolling the dough out thin. Heavily floured, lightly floured.
This product is a disappointment. It's really frustrating and time consuming. It is worthless.

The biggest flaw is that when you use the rollers to cut fettuchini style pasta it does not cut it completely it only marks the groves and you have to go back and hand cut it anyway

Make sure your pasta is well floured before putting it into the machine
