They are made in china i believe

You can see in from outside but its mainly just shadows and outlines unless you press your face right up against the window

So i had to unroll them and measure before i install them in the window which was a bit inconvenient

I dont suspect most people will order them for different size windows but if you do you may have to figure out on your own which shade goes to which window

It wasnt a big deal for me though it would have been nice if it was written on the packaging
