Pros
It is adjustable and lets you exercise your hands whenever you want. The knob adjusts the tension. Works good for doing different workouts with it.
Cons
Handle is short and gives blisters. Not worth the effort to return.
Fell apart within a few weeks of purchase. Seemed like a great product until then. In all fairness, i have a really strong grip and it only broke when i had it maxed out.
