No issues with shimming or starting so longevity is the one i did not answer. Worked great, fast service and great packaging.

Cons

Starter lasted 16 months on a van that has not been driven much. Company is impossible to get ahold of for warranty work. No longevity. Tested bad on the test bench a month later.
