Pros

Overall, i am very pleased with my purchase and how this rice cooker performs. The company is very responsive.

Tahdig (crispy rice on the bottom of the pot) comes out perfectly. Made my first batch of crunchy persian-style rice. Farsi instructions are slightly different than the english instructions.

Cons

After turning the sole knob to 60 minutes nothing much happens. It heats but not enough to cook rice. Bottom rice (tadig) comes out burned since the knob gets stuck. Followed the instructions provided exactly = burnt.

They must have been translated from pharsi by a vengeful member of the republican guard. I dislike that does not make tahdig.

Box says 15 cups. But the inner pot says 14 cups. It only fits 5 cups at most.

This product is good but the seller did the worst packaging and we received the unit damaged
